The hotel is not responsible for any shrinkage of garments, discoloration, loss and deterioration of buttons. In case of loss or damage to the garments, the A.ROMA Lifestyle Hotel will refund a maximum limit of 5 times the price of the wash. Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of collection.

Each room is provided with a 55 ”Smart TV featuring 120 international channels and the main TV apps. To access the TV GUIDE, press the power button on the television and select the relevant section.
All rooms are air-conditioned. For optimal results the windows must be closed.
You will find the air already on. The temperature shown on the display is the current one of the room in degrees centigrade. Pressing the buttons + and -, it is possible to adjust the temperature and the intensity by two degrees.
To turn off the AC, simply reduce the intensity by pressing the button – until the word OFF is displayed.The air conditioning will stop working if the window is open.
